Returns Policies
Ravida Lingerie offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. With this in mind we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee if you in anyway dissatisfied with your product you have ordered. We will either exchange your product or provide a full refund, if you product is eligible for a return. (Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, all labels intact and all garments should be in proper resalable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

• We do not exchange underwear if the sizes are incorrect due to hygiene stipulations. Therefore please check the sizing charts, telephone us or email us before making your purchase.

• Each product that is sent out to you is carefully checked by our team of specialist before dispatching to you, however if you receive your goods and it is damaged we will give a full refund regardless of the type of product purchased.

• If your product arrives and is damaged we ask that you call us or send us an email within 3 days of receipt so that we can log the issue and send out a free postal bag to send back the goods. We do not expect our customers to pay for damaged goods, therefore please contact use within those 3 days if there is a problem and we will do our best to solve the issue as swiftly as we can.

For general returns please post your goods back to the following address. Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
